  If you buy a decoder with an installation voucher, you book the installation via Ellies with the voucher number. They then allocate someone to contact you to make free installation arrangements. They say it can take upto a week, but they can usually do it the same day. If you dont have a voucher , you'll need to contact any installer who would then quote you to supply the dish with the installation.
