  If you search in group about Kantor it's one of the subjects more than discussed in here. Anyway as I know one of the best kantor expats always refer it's http://www.centkantor.pl/ Right now 1€ is 4,28 in that kantor so its quite good because I think you'll never get the same actual "living rate" when exchanging currency. Kantors have to win something also :)

  Best bet is to change into Euro here - http://www.centkantor.pl/ - and then change for Lev when you get there. You'll lose very little on the exchange that way :)
