  Peggy, I don't know about a payment plan, but Dr. Kanarish at Phoenix Mountain Animal Hospital (Cactus and Tatum) has been wonderful, we've been going there for a few years. If we didn't like him so much, I would take my kitties to a cats only clinic. Call them at 602-595-6116. The other day I called a few clinics (as a part of my course assignment) that had the best reviews on Yelp and he turned out to be the cheapest. I was asking them about their fees for initial visit/exam, urinalysis and full blood work. I don't have any experience with the one you mentioned. Before you decide, check the place on Yelp and see what most people say.
