Family Wok, 21 Simcoe St. N., Oshawa. No idea if it's accessible, as my husband was the one who picked it up.
I had the General Tso chicken, chicken balls and fried rice, as they didn't have any steamed rice cooked. Well, the chicken balls and the rice were a 5/5. I would definitely order those again before considering any other restaurant in town. The general Tso chicken was disappointing, and is always a must have on our list when ordering Chinese, but I wouldn't order that dish again. It was extremely fatty, and could have used an extra minute in the deep fryer to crisp it up a little. I would give the general Tso chicken a 3/5 bites, and that's being generous.
My husband had the Singapore noodles and egg roll, in addition to the chicken dishes, and he said that both were amazing. 5/5 bites. He especially liked the egg roll, and he said that the Singapore noodles packed lots of flavour and heat.
