I came in to find my girlfriend almost crying and the owner of the store yelling at her and threatening to put her on YouTube. To me, the reason he did this is irrelevant as a business owner should never speak to a customer this way. I asked for my phone back and a refund and he refused. After a heated argument with the owner and I both yelling at each other he finally gave me my phone. The phone worked for less than two hours before the screen completely went black. I went to another store down the road and was in and out in less than an hour and my phone is now working flawlessly for half the price. If you do business with this place, be prepared to receive very poor service and treated very disrespectfully.
