According to the City, this palm tree is a fire hazard. They will fine me hundreds of dollars, if I don't cut the palm fronds off to a minimum of 10' above the ground. (The house is brick, the roof is metal, and the cisterns are full of 900 gallons of water.) DO YOU KNOW someone who can cut off these fronds? Please suggest someone, if you can.
