  Ok so here it goes. I've lived here just north of Onsdorf for 1 year, and have experienced a really wet winter and now can see just how high the water table is here. We have alot of clay in our soil and therefore most of our backyard was under water. The contractor who built our house in 1997 apparently put a drain in the back corner of our house that also drains the water from all surrounding neighbors to a neighboring street. Has anyone experienced this problem in this neighborhood. Anyone have a recommendation for a contractor who has a proven track record for solving drainage issues. Thank you for your imput.
