With that being said, Bret is awesome. I would highly recommend him as the person to go to if you don't chose me ;)

I charge $30-$50 for a computer tuneup and virus/malware removal. It could very well be a hardware issue though. If it's the graphics card getting too hot sometimes that happens because the thermal paste has dried up. Fixing that involves opening the laptop up so my cost would go up. I also provide free quotes.
