  Pummill's in Sedalia 660-826-0150. Also I know Central Logo in Warrensburg does them. I ordered from Pummill's because they could guarantee to have it ready by Christmas. I ordered at the end of October. Pummill's orders the jacket and patches. They do not sew them on. They gave me a lady's number who sews on the patches for $4.00 a patch. She is Sedalia too.
