  Recommendations on local farms to buy beef, chicken, and eggs from? Spent some time watching all those docs on our food supply and figured I’d try supporting local farmers. I know there are farmers markets, but was looking for recommendations on where you get beef products, chicken (especially breast) and eggs. It looks like ground beef prices for grass fed beef from local farms is pretty comparable with local grocery stores, if not cheaper, but chicken breast prices are like $9/lb which is a bit wild for me. I’m only one person, but if I could find anything less than $9 that would be great. Thanks!

  More information and pics can be found at www.CopiaOhio.com Most of our hams are 7.7-9 lbs. They will be shipped in a flat rate box, 1-day express for $45. Total for ham and shipping comes out to around $100. Very well worth it to experience real meat. It tastes clean. It tastes real.
