  Hey guys I need a little help. I have a customer that has a JOTUL fireplace. I am not a dealer for this brand and cannot buy parts from distributer. The dealer in my area doesn't care to sell parts to other companies. They want me to tell them who the customer is so they can send thier own tech. To repair the unit.
