Looking for realtor recommendations for selling in the North metro and buying on the southwest side! Got a new job, want to cut down on commute time... You get the gist. We're a younger, no kids couple selling our North Minneapolis home and looking to buy somewhere between Hopkins and Bloomington. Didn't love our realtor first time around and would like to work with someone who knows that area of the metro. Hit me with your recommendations!

We **love** Claire Killen of [Emerald Real Estate](http://emerald-realestate.com) and, as real estate investors, have bought or sold through her literally 8 times (about to be 9). She’s incredibly honest, forthcoming, fun to be around, and listens to what you want/don’t want. She recommends great contractors to work with if you have any projects and gets zero kickbacks for it because she’d rather you get the best price. She also has a pretty great catered holiday party each year for clients. :)
Claire Killen is fantastic. Small, personable, knowledgeable, and has lived in Richfield. Plus you can't beat her Irish charm! 🍀 http://emerald-realestate.com/
