I've had a couple of people stand me up, just with getting estimates! Where are the good handymen who need work and are willing to show up to work on time and with the integrity to admit if they can or cannot do the job needed? I have a den ceiling that needs to be redone and kitchen cabinets that need new doors. I will pay cash, by the job, NOT by the hour.
