I think my dog might of tore her ACL. Does anyone have a good vet they'd like to recommend? My dog is a 30lb lab/shepherd mix. She's about 13 months old, very active. There's definitely something wrong with her leg and I'm thinking it's an ACL tear/strain (based on web research).
I had been taking her to Dilworth Animal Hospital, but it seems like they are extremely overpriced (ex: they were going to charge me $300 to get her fixed, but I found another place that did it for $90).
Does anyone have a good vet out there? I live in NoDa, so the closer the better.

Since I started keeping Greyhounds about 10 years ago we bounced around a number of Vets in town. I can also recommend Atrium as a good vet, but they can be expensive. We finally settled on Curtsinger Animal Hospital in Fort Mill, straight down 521 through Ballantyne, just over the SC border. I know that's a bit of a haul for you, but they're one of the most caring and reasonably priced vets south of Uptown. Here's their website: http://www.curtsingeranimalhospital.com/
