  Who do you have home/rental insurance through? Who do you use for condo/townhouse/home/rental insurance? Myself and SO are required to have insurance before we pick up our new keys and have been looking at all the options and there are so many and so varied. So who are you using? We would like good coverage for a decent price. Things you may need to know: We are renting a 15 year old wood frame townhouse/duplex (it is part of a townhouse complex, but technically a duplex as it only shares on wall with one neighbour who also only shares one wall with us). We are on the Queensborough/Richmond border so earthquake insurance is a must. Thanks in advance!
