  I know I hve pm you Kevin but if anyone else needs the infoyou need to contact Trowbridge Town Council 01225765072 option 1 ask for bookings/properties the costs are Main Hall £9.50 +vat per hour, Lounge£9.50 + vat per hour, Whole facilty hall and lounge £14.50 + vat per hour, Kitchen £4.70 + vat per session, they will also tell you availability, hope it helps
