Anyone a personal trainer ? I wanna start working out on New Years (I know , so basic ) and have my pre baby body back by June. So 6 months. It's a big goal for me. I was 100lbs pre baby, I don't wanna be 100lbs but I don't want the muffin top or the flubber gut lol!
So if a trainer can comment or PM me so I can get advice on how to properly get rid of the extra fat, that would be great. Thanks in advanced.
