  Anonymous post request: Hey Jason! When you get a chance could you do a post for me please. My ex has had the house appraised for court. He is friends with the realtor. I have zero out of our home and it's been nearly three years. He has shown that the house barely increased in value from 2001 to 2015. Are there any realtors out there willing to help at a low cost or for a favour as I would then use them to be my agent once court is settled and I can buy a house? I have no idea how to word this. Any help would be appreciated.
