My ex-husband has been in jail in another state for 4 years & my husband has taken care of my child since she was 2. My husband wants to adopt, but my ex won't sign the consent forms. We need a lawyer here that will take our case & won't bleed us dry. We obviously want a good lawyer. Can you ladies give me suggestions on who you went through or if this is possible in Texas? I don't know Texas laws on something like this. Thanks for your help!
