Made my appointment last week, the owner/receptionist helped made the schedule. I confirmed the appointment on the phone AND online. So I was getting confirmed appointments email reminding me of the time and date. I explained to them I fly a lot and I won't be coming back till the LATE NIGHT before the scheduled appointment day. I got home around 11pm showered ate and went to bed. As a flight attendant you are exhausted I woke up at 12:45pm , straight away got ready and left for the appointment which is at 1:30 , on my way there I called cause I saw I had voicemessages. The owner was rude and just said she gave my time away to some other people. And said it was my fault for not confirming the appointment. I CONFIRMED it both ONLINE and on the phone. Plus I have told then specifically to email me if anything instead of phone call cause I am overseas for the whole week ! So angry and disappointed as I was less than 5 mjns away from them when she told me is cancelled. Don't even bother trying. Their customer service is horrible , rude and inconsiderate. Will tell everyone I know in brampton and Mississauga .
