  I drove thru Madison yesterday and tried to look at old Madison the best I could driving. Someone on here suggested starting here to rebuild the neighborhood. I loved his ideas with new side walks, tree and making all the buildings look uniform ! Are there any council people mayors or any one on here that could help implement these ideas into reality?
