  Any ideas on how to deal with the consistently horrible Postal Service? I am speaking specifically about the Kingsessing office (19143) as well as the letter carriers who deliver to our house. I've lived in so many other places and never before had such unreliable, pathetic lack of service. I assume that there is not too much you can do but complain?   I called the 19143 post office about a year ago when my mail was getting confused by a newer mail carrier. Much to my surprise, a supervisor listened to what I had to say and told me that the carrier had just returned from his route, so please hold on. He explained my complaint to the carrier, they both said they got it, and the mail didn't get mixed up after that. It's worth a try!
