  I am a nanny and have used care.com to find a job but I have also worked with Kristy from sweetpeasnanny.com. She runs her own nanny agency here in knoxville and is WONDERFUL to work with!! She used to be a nanny herself and she is a parent now so she understands well from both sides and has a list of questions she goes over with both you and the potential nanny before you even meet so when you do, you already have a good idea that you're on the same page!
