  Bonnie: Schott still publishes his version of La Campanella: http://www.schott-music.com/shop/1/show,40159.html. Carl Fischer published much of his music that is now out of print, and they do have a process for requesting permission to photocopy older materials (which I have never tried): http://www.carlfischer.com/Fischer/copyright/copyrightpop.html. If you are associated with a university, you may be able to borrow some of the out of print materials via your library's interlibrary loan department.
