  A few years ago, someone suggested a guy by the name of Carlos who I used to assess and tackle (dead) critter problems in both the crawl space and attic areas of my house. Fast forward and (b/c of similar behaviors of my dog) I think we have the same issue going on. I've misplaced Carlos' full contact info... anyone remember him or have someone they can recommend?   We had several squirrel families in the attic. We used Carlos Campos. He trapped them all and sealed the entry points. For around $250 total.   Definitely do one! I ordered one when I bought my house but the home inspector failed to do it (well, he was actually supposed to contract it out, but either way, the check I wrote him included the fee for the WDO report), which neither I nor my realtor realized, and days after closing, I find a live termite infestation and subsequently had to gut my entire kitchen. It was awful. We ended up doing extensive termite treatment and the man we used came highly recommended, and we absolutely adore him.
