  When it rains, it pours (don't we wish it would rain!). Just after spending a fortune getting the house painted, I think there are termites -- a swarm flew out of an outside wall. I looked through the posts, but couldn't find an exterminator for termites. Any recommendations out there? I have a regular exterminator but he doesn't do termites. Thanks...!
