This is the molensteen from bakery frans hessing. it's sourdough but a bit boring in taste. i tried also numerous organic stores but have not found a nice bread in 13 years.sorry sweet dutchies, tastes differ and apparently bread is highly culturally determined. are there germans around that could recommend a nice bakery or should i just resign and buy a baking machine? what i am looking for shows in picture 4: a dark sour pit :) thanks for your help
