  Ahoj I was wondering if anyone had any info on the reconstruction or revitalization/privatization of the old panelovy blocks of flats on Rohacova, corner Blahoslavova? I heard (and saw) that many of those buildings in Zizkov are getting completely redone, but yet that huge block of buildings is still untouched. Anyone have any insider info? or know where I can find any? Thanks :)

  Did you check with P3 city hall? I suppose permits for any reconstruction would need to be arranged with them. http://www.praha3.cz/

  Ok people two questions, just moved to the new flat in Zizkov, I need to change my address on the documents and I have to buy the sticker to park the car in the blue zone, can someone tell me where are those offices (foreign police in or close to Zizkov) and the office for the parking (and which documents are needed for the parking sticker?)
