About us
I work with local Aboriginal, Torres Strait Island, New Zealand Maori and Pacific Island artists to create cultural recycled mat designs that enhance home and community, I believe in cultural education for all, to both learn and celebrate our own and also to learn and celebrate others cultures too. I believe that through cultural education we can break down barriers that cause conflict and disharmony in our communities, the work that I do with indigenous artists with these unique mat designs is one step in this journey. Another step is my other website www.globalkidsoz.com.au this is where I source, create and supply over 2,000 multicultural resources from all over our world to support cultural education in the classroom, again to break down differences and racism and to encourage cultural pride in all communities.
