In addition to teaching Krav Maga, Judo, BJJ, yoga, MuayThai, group fitness classes, we also teach handgun courses, Active Shooter Plans & Drills seminars and host defensive tactics courses for Military Units & Police Departments every year.

We have everything you need for strength training and even an open gym feature for 24/7 access.

You can hire us for one on one training as well as private groups.
