  812-336-2459 and if you follow 2 nd street past walmart and keeping following it to the stoplight by Williams bros pharmacy and turn left and they are in the plaza on the right .. Don't follow gps it gives you wrong side of street lol

  Southern Indiana smiles in btown is working with me on all of my dental work I need done... I've been to them twice now and love that they care enough to thoroughly explain everything ... Real easy to find too
