  To anybody who is looking to get groundworks jobs done or any job for that matter, be very careful as to who you get to do it. Went to price a job yesterday that someone had already undertaken and couldn't believe my eyes. It was an absolute mess with certain crucial parts of the job missed out completely. No names were mentioned so please don't ask. If you don't know the person offering to do the job, ask to see proof of the quality of their work (photos or feedback from previous clients that you can check). If the price they quote sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. Genuine tradesman and the like will quote you a reasonable price and stick to it and never pay before completion of the work. Yesterday's scene looked like an episode of cowboy builders
