More than talent, however, I value professionalism, discretion, and excellent customer service. It is in those areas that Miss Schaberg needs growth. My complaints could be lengthy, but I will stick with the big ones. First, the week of our wedding, Miss Schaberg failed to respond to my communications requesting her to confirm service on the day of our wedding, and her understanding of what we were looking for (she never sent the "worksheet" she mentioned when we first booked her services). Second, she showed up twenty minutes late to our wedding venue, which would probably be okay for a big wedding where the bridal party is most likely running late anyway, but we had a small wedding with 25 guests and we had to wait for her to get there to begin our evening. Third, it took five months to get the pictures from our very small wedding (two hours of photography coverage). Granted, Miss Schaberg had good reason for being late in delivery, and I am understanding of unforeseen circumstances causing delays. However, we did not hear from Miss Schaberg for four months after our wedding, and then it took another month of lies, empty promises, and missed deadlines to finally receive our photos. Paige Schaberg lacked professionalism and discretion in the way she handled the delay of the completion of our pictures, and she failed to show strong customer service in her delivery of the pictures.
