  Had a problem with my husbands xbox one, he had spoken to the staff at Microsoft who were unable to fix the problem after an auto update, they suggested an hard drive issue and a £130 fix and 7-10 days for repair, we spoke to Kevin woodgate (Nerd herd) who rectified the problem in 10 mins at a miniscule charge, if you have any issues then this is the guy to talk too, thoroughly recommend.
