  Having a plumbing problem. When we flush our upstairs toilets (two on a split level), our downstairs toilet pours out water into the floor, and it will not flush, either. Any recommendations for a good local plumber?

  It was Gene's Plumbing, (404) 766-1195 , I used when I had to have a new sewer line put in. Only time I have needed a plumber in the 11 years I have been in the area. Nice guys.
