All of the companies we have called are only interested in bigger jobs (not a criticism, completely understandable right now).   Advice please...Our house in Woodland Hills certainly did not receive the damage like many in our area, however I believe we have a problem with water under the house in crawl space. I smell mold!   Hello all! I just moved here from Indiana on the 15th. This morning, I found a 1.5-2" cockroach on its back but with legs still moving about a foot and a half from my front door. Haven't seen any other bugs in the house during this time and I'd like to keep it that way. I'm ready for an exterminator contract. Do you have a company you use and would really recommend? We have a pool so we'll want to spray for mosquitos too. For those of you who have a contract service you'd recommend, do you have a termite bond? Our house had damage from an earlier infestation, but no evidence of active infestation right now (and we'd like to keep it that way).
