LA CASA MEXICAN GRILL has opened at 3028 Healy Drive .It's the former location of Monterrey Mexican Restaurant. The New restaurant is owned by Jesus and Silvia Lopez and their family. Hours are from 11:00a.m to 10:00 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and from 111:00 to 10:30 p.m Friday and Saturday. The restaurant offers such specials as burritos, tacos and rice, . Dinner combinations.The restaurant also has authentic Mexican tacos ,such as lengua al pastor and chorizo ,Other specialties include menudo ,or tripe stew ,and molcajete, a pinto bean soup whith a choise of steak ,chicken or shrimp.
