  I had lunch at Eat.Shop in Plymouth today (Hwy. 55 and Country Rd. 24). It was awesome, and they had MANY gluten free options including gluten free buns for their hamburgers (I suspect they were Udi's). I talked to the manager and he said there were very few gluten ingredients used in their food so that GF people could enjoy most of the menu. I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.
