Dragon’s Beautification Menu:
Dragon's Ultra Wash (DUW)-Our premium structure power wash: We offer low to high pressure washing depending on existing surface conditions and desired results. This is exterior house/building cleaning at its best. The entire standing structure, depending on scope, will be thoroughly power washed (and stripped if applicable according to scope) from the foundation to the gutters and cleaned with EPA approved chemicals, fungicides and soaps to get rid of mold, mildew, algae, lichen, moss, dirt, oxidation, residual animal, insect waste and other contaminants. We will carefully pressure wash, from foundation, gutters to the roof line. We will be utilizing a powerful fungicide that eradicates any organic growth at the root level, insuring the longest possible intervals between cleaning and regular maintenance.We hand scrub where necessary and can include special chemicals for graffiti and or paint removal. We will protect, plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, other foliage, and anything else that is not getting treated, from harm near and around Property.
Dragon's Loving Care (DLC)-House or building detailing: Some items may need hand detailing and special attention that a machine can not give. This service may include external gutter cleaning capping, window sills, shutters, leaders, cleaning. These items are hand scrubbed and brushed where necessary depending on what is in the detail. If you choose the Gutter Total Package-(GTP) option, that will include internal gutter cleaning by hand. This requires a large amount of hand, brush and ladder work depending on scope or detail.
Dragon's Eyeglass Detail (DED)-Window cleaning and detail. We clean exterior glass by hand with squeegee or pads depending on contract, and will leave windows squeaky clean.
Dragon's EZ wood Care (DEC)-This is our select... show more wood siding, decking, fencing, and furniture wash. This is the ultimate exterior wood cleaning solution. We clean wood, planking, railing, steps, lattice, arbor, trellis, furniture, and all other composing wood components, where applicable depending on scope. The wood will be power washed/cleaned at appropriate pressures to cause minimal or no damage to the wood fibers, (and stripped when applicable), with EPA approved, soaps, wood conditioners brighteners and strippers, mold and mildew fungicide. We will brush/scrub where necessary. In some extreme cases of extensive deck restoration, we do, and recommend, power sanding, to reduce cupping, buckling, splintering, etc, and provide finish removal. Power sanding can be done after the drying of the chemical stripping and power washing to facilitate a cleaner power sanding. Depending on the condition of the decking and what is your ultimate goal, power sanding is not necessary. We will protect, plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, other foliage, and anything else that is not getting treated, from harm near and around Property.
Dragon's Lair (DSL)-Supreme wood work and general building repairs. We will make repairs on decks or other exterior, interior, wooden structures within the framework of a total beautification regiment. We will finish carpentry work on wood compositions, re-screwing, tightening, re-securing, in some cases adding decorative finishing touches to already created pieces, wood or board replacements. This option may or may not include sanding where necessary. The correcting of some safety and structural issues can be addressed. We also could perform replacement of siding, shakes, gutters, and shingles were warranted depending on scope or detail.
Dragon's Magic Seal/Stain (DMS)-Our top quality staining/sealing service for fences, decking, decorative concrete staining, siding, and wood furniture or light painting when performed on decking, fences, or railing with clients choice of color, tone, and opacity from a list of top quality products. Can be used on decking, siding, fencing, furniture, swing/play sets, or any wood staining/sealing application as contracted.
Dragon's Tail Wash (DTW)-The ultimate power washing for your hardscapes: masonry, slate, flagstone, bluestone, concrete, brick, cement, walkways, driveways, patios, stoops, interlock, and or paves brick or stone, swimming pools cleaning, etc., according to contract. We get your ground work spic and span you may be tempted to eat off it. Our long lasting fungicide and specially formulated soaps, surfactants and release agents not only cleans your hardscapes, but it optimally sanitizes the surfaces increasing the length of cleaning intervals. We will protect, plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, other foliage, and anything else that is not getting treated, from harm near and around Property.
Dragon’s Sand Man (DSM)-Our choice joint sand replacement service. We perform wet and dry joint sanding, with a large variety of sand types, organic, inorganic, with or without hardening polymer compounds, depending on its particular application. This work can help provide excellent protection against unwanted paver movement, weeds, moss growth, insects and sand washout. This service is done usually in conjunction with “Dragon's Tail Wash (DTW)-The ultimate power washing for your hardscapes” and can be followed by “Dragon's scale, Ultra Shield (DUS)-Our exceptional Shield/Sealer service for siding or hardscapes”.
Dragon's scale, Ultra shield (DUS)-Shield/sealer: For siding, we offer: Multi-Surface Algae & Mold Stain Barrier with Tetraflex 50. This is a chemical that is sprayed on after a thorough power washing. It is an invisible molecular barrier that is the ultimate protection against the reappearance of mold, mildew, algae and debris on any surface for up to double your usually cleaning intervals. Guaranteed to keep your house looking cleaner longer.
For pavers, we can apply a protecting sealer for stone, brick, concrete and other hardscape materials. We can apply a sealer specific for each material and purpose, i.e, heat resistant sealer for driveways and garages, wet look sealer for brick or stone walkways and front stoops. For your pavers, bricks, blocks, stone, slate, concrete and other hardscape material we offer Seal ‘n Lock, BP Pro, Color Boost Concrete Paver Sealer from Techniseal - CB, and a few other products of similar quality for superior sealing of masonry, protection, and beautifying attributes. This product provides the benefits of making and keeping your pavers looking new, prevent sand washout by stabilizing, “hardening”, the sand between the joints, thus helping to prevent weed, moss, and ants to come up from between the pavers.
For vertical masonry surfaces, we also offer a sealer/protector to help protect surfaces against unwanted painting or graffiti vandalism to make any re-occurrence of such each action less damaging and much more easier to remedy and therefore less expensive. These products have also been shown to discourage destruction of property and help prevent the absorption of water.

Dragon's PVC ultra Wash (DPW)-The ultimate for power washing PVC fencing, railing and all other plastic and man made composite materials. We clean/power wash PVC fencing, plastic and other outdoor furniture, Trex, Azek decking, etc. These newer "maintenance free" products still need to be maintain properly and sanitized to look new for years to come. We will thoroughly power washed (and stripped if applicable according to scope) and cleaned with EPA approved chemicals, mold and mildew fungicide, hand scrub where necessary according to scope. This can include special chemicals for graffiti and or paint removal. We will protect, plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, other foliage, and anything else that is not getting treated, from harm near and around Property.
Dragon's flame (DGF)-Exterior or interior paint spraying. Our finest finish paint job: Paint work can include but not limited to all prep work, covering, with drop cloths, painters plastic and or protective tape and paper where necessary, caulking, scraping, sanding, patching, prime, paint, caulk and nail hole fill, where necessary depending on scope or detail.
Dragon's Back, (DGB)-Beautiful and protective exterior paint work. We paint, sidings, foundations, and any standing structure which may include, all prep work, covering, with drop cloths, painters plastic and or protective tape and paper where necessary, chemical stripping, caulking, scraping, sanding, patching, nail hole filling, repair of hairline and stress cracks, popping nails, special priming where necessary, prime and finish according to Scope and or detail. We will protect, plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, other foliage, and anything else that is not getting painted, from overspray and harm near and around Property.
Dragon's Chest (DGC)-Top notch interior painting. Paint work can include but not limited to all prep work, covering, drop cloths, painters plastic and or protective tape and paper where necessary, chemical stripping, caulking, scraping, sanding, patching, tape and Spackle work, blow out patch, wall paper removal, nail hole fill, repair of hairline and stress cracks, popping nails, cracked out corner beads, some skim coating, special priming where necessary, prime and finish (Depending on scope).
Please note: For interior walls we recommend and usually price for a minimum of 1 coat prime, 2-coat finish. If not firstly anticipated, Depending on how deep the base is you choose, darkness or intensity, we may incur an increase in expense for paint, and the amount of coats for it to take to make the color realized on the walls. This cost may be passed on, which includes the labor, time and material.
Paint manufactures charge a premium for deep based paints or you have to use an upgraded product amongst their product line to achieve such rich, brilliant, or deep based colors. Paint application makes a difference. Spray painting will give a more even and uniform look with no stipple compared to any brush and roller technique, and most times comes at a premium. Sometimes even the amount of different colors chosen in a project will affect price. Every color introduced in the same space requires more labor due to the fact of color separation, that’s where lines have to be defined when one color meets another. This usually translates into more paint setups, buckets, brushes, roller handles, etc. Most time this is already included in the price, but when there is excessive color changes, additions, and changes of scope, we have to pass on the cost. We deliberately choose to only to work with the best products, and utilize proven paint practices to minimize Labor, but maximize results.
Please also understand, the more darker, reflective, the color, and sheen, of the finish paint chosen, the more perfect you wallboard should be. Example, if you decide on a dark intense semi gloss paint, your walls should be in perfect shape-level 5. If your wall surfaces are less then desirable they can be remedied in a few ways: tape and Spackle, skim coating, or total Sheetrock replacement, depending on existing conditions, budget, and clients preferences.
Dragon's Ribcage (DGR)-Extensive foundational Sheet rocking, taping, and spackling. This service goes beyond our regular scope of painting as delineated in (Dragon's chest interior painting). With this service we rectify problems like: cracked out corner beads, major stress cracks and fractures, extensive nail popping, moving and unsupported Sheetrock walls along with the correction of water damage. This option provides to correct, fix, tape, Sheetrock, plaster and spackle issues with more emphasis on the origin of existing problems on a broader level, like skim coating, sheet rocking a whole room or house, building vs. a wall or small area and or re-screwing sheetrock. Sometimes if necessary we may add extra supports to insure optimal conditions for sheet rocking, provide a better foundation for spackling and tape. We do install insulation inside walls and ceilings in order to bring it back up to spec/code depending on scope or detail.
Dragon's Head Shampoo (DHS)-Thorough Roof cleaning. We perform low or no pressure roof cleaning and power washing. We use the most effective, yet safest roof cleaning chemical employed (oxygen based or alkaline based depending on existing conditions) to get rid of those ugly black stains and on your roof, Algae, moss, lichen, mold, bird droppings, and other such contaminates. Depending on the degree of contamination and the aggressiveness of the organism found on your roof. Using our no pressure technique, you are guaranteed to see a remarkable difference. This method requires time release chemicals that makes your roof progressively cleaner as days go by depending on specific roofing materials, rain frequency, wind and other elements. We sometimes use Tri-Sodium Phosphate and Sodium Hypochlorite along with a specially formulated Enzyme Detergent as a cleaning vehicle. We can also treat your roof as well with a specially developed-sustained time released long life Biocide and antimicrobial that will increase the longevity of a roof free of algae and moss contamination as much as one and half times the usually cleaning interval for your roof and neighborhood.
