  We have talked a lot about the food drive that begins June 1st, and some have questions where all this food is getting donated to.. (INCLUDING ME!!) Which, in your opinion, are the best places for us to donate the food? Which are the best food banks? If you have or know of a food bank, post it here... There is no reason we can't support ALL the local food banks. Just let me know which ones they are. Last year we donated 1500+ cans to Lords Cupboard. Thanks Victor B. Neri-Cordova for all your help last year! It was a bit overwhelming for them, and this year we are going to blow that number out of the water. (we already have)

  https://m.facebook.com/profile.php?id=200015200160761 This is where I think it should go. They do get more for the buck per say. $5 gets 20 lbs of food that they purchase themselves. I know when I've donated to the Lord's Cupboard, they are selective in some of their items they accept due to storage. Both are great for the community. Please contact Sheri Locke about donating items to Blessings Soup Kitchen. They are in the process of creating a new kitchen and unsure of her storage.
