  I really like our mechanic who operates out of his home. He's honest and does good work, but like Corey, who Nate mentioned, it can take a few days to get in. We met him when he taught an Auto Mechanics class at my son's homeschool co-op. He's authorized for emission control repair, too. Albert's Auto Repair (Jim Albert) 206-459-5330 His shop/home is a few blocks north/east of Fred Meyers on Lake City Way.
