  My 17 year old daughter and I have chronic asthma and allergies. Has anyone on here had any luck changing from pharmacy medication to .....anything else? We have indoor, outdoor, food, and pet allergies. My daughter even breaks out in hives if her skin gets to cold. :( I'm at wits end with all this darn medication and Dr. Bills.   We also stick to an anti-inflammatory diet (or at least try to). This is the pamphlet I use as a guide. We were shown all of this from our chiropractor. I highly recommend the chiropractor for allergies and their symptoms. http://anaboliclabs.com/paNFBookletAudio.aspx
