The organization, Super Heroes of Montana™ is organized exclusively for, and will be operated exclusively for, charitable and educational purposes specified by the IRS to comply with In applying for recognition of exemption as a charitable organization, Super Heroes of Montana™, is organized and operated for purposes that are beneficial to the public interest. Relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged, through homeless outreach, clothing and food drives, goods distribution to families with at risk, impoverished, or children with demonstrable hardships. Defense of human/civil rights secured by law and Education, Quarterly providing anti bullying seminars available to the public, domestic violence awareness and prevention information distribution, and volunteering member time to organizations that promote civil/human liberties and education. Educational aspect will involve public seminar and forum ,quarterly concerning bullying curriculum and efforts to reduce bullying in the community. No part of the organization's net earnings will be to the benefit of private shareholders or individuals. ShoM the organization will not be organized or operated for the benefit of private interests, such as the creator or the creator's family, shareholders of the organization, other designated individuals, or persons controlled directly or indirectly by such private interests. The organization will not, as a substantial part of its activities, attempt to influence legislation or participate to any extent in a political campaign for or against any candidate for public office. Distribution of Assets Assets of an organization must be permanently dedicated to an exempt purpose. This means that should an organization dissolve, its assets must be distributed for an exempt purpose described in this chapter, or to the Federal Government or to a state or local government for a public purpose. The assets that SHoM will collect will be donated to a charitable group as voted on by the directors upon the dissolution of SHoM.
