  Circle of Life Hospice in both Springdale and Bentonville. Happy to say I'm a volunteer, and have never seen such lovely facilities nor dealt with such wonderful and sincere workers. Their phone # is (479) 750-6632.

  Circle of Life. They took care of my mom last year and just recently my husband. I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful they are.

  Circle of Life. They in home and at the hospice center. Excellent caring staff. They worked with us for my husband (both at home & at the center in Springdale) and with my mother-in-law at the care center at Concordia and my father-in-law at Highlands Healthcare. Can't praise them enough.
