  Have you tried nevtex.co.uk? Also if you are near London, empee silks does lots of different coloured bolts of net that are sufficient for tutus and theres a haberdashery place (i think its called mccourts) just next to it. Kleins (also in London) has lots of lovely trimmings. hope that helps
