En su primera etapa, el proyecto consiste en un pequeño hotel de 10 habitaciones, con cama matrimonial, baño propio, aire acondicionado, TV, teléfono y refrigerador pequeño. Adicionalmente damos el servicio de Internet inalámbrico, restaurant.
