At SmokeHaus Catering we do the smoking so you don't have to! Located in Columbus, WI, we work with local farmers and purveyors to source the best that Wisconsin has to offer. SmokeHaus Catering is the business of Chef Ron Dombroski. Ron is the in-house caterer at Kestrel Ridge Golf Club, and also travels to cater events at other locations.

These vendors include the organically magnificent produce grown by Josh Lubenau at Plahnts.com, the fresh local beef from Fountain Prairie Farms, and the special proteins and catch of the day from Neesivigs and its sister company Empire Fish.
