  My family has had prefinished hardwood oak floors in our beachhouse (north bethany, 6 lots from ocean) for over 9 yrs, havent had any major issues at all, only very slight scratching, which is normal in any house regardless of location. No warping, or other issues. It was done by Michael Bernard's Custom Woodwork, 302-945-1592, they did a great job, i'd recommend them.
