I am 110% committed to fitness and helping clients reach their goals. I have 6 years experience as an amateur boxer through which I have gained valuable fitness knowledge, specifically in designing high intensity conditioning training and weight management programs.
When I am not working, I spend my time training and I enjoy researching the latest training techniques that could benefit my client/athlete. Fitness is my passion and I relish the opportunity at passing this passion onto my clients/athletes, by giving them all the support they need to successfully achieve and surpass their goals.
