  Where do you live in Budapest? The biggest schools are ATI in Szentendrei Road: http://www.autosiskolak.hu/ and Csigavér http://www.csigajogsi.hu/ whether they have English speaking instructors I don't know. In district II Pesthidegkút Driving School does have English speakers http://www.hidegkuti-autosiskola.hu/ - or at least this is what they write in their webpage.
